The Family Behind NapSolver

NapSolver started with a simple question: “When should my baby sleep next?”

We're a family building simple sleep tools for parents who want a useful answer without making baby sleep more complicated than it already is.

Why We Built NapSolver

Becoming a mother at 23 was a completely new experience for Pramila. Taking care of a baby brought many new questions, but sleep was one of the biggest challenges.

There were days when she wondered when the baby would sleep next, how long a nap might last, and how she could plan even the simplest things around an unpredictable sleep routine.

One thought kept coming back:

‘If someone could simply tell me when my baby might sleep next, I could plan my own day a little better.’

That simple thought eventually became the idea behind NapSolver.

Pramila, the mum behind NapSolver

Being a mother at 23 was a completely new journey for me. There was so much to learn about taking care of a baby, and sleep was one of the things I thought about most.

Some days were easy. Other days were exhausting and unpredictable.

I often wished there was a simple way to know when my baby might sleep next, so I could plan a little of my own day too.

That feeling stayed with me.

NapSolver grew from that simple idea — create something free, simple and useful that could help another parent with the same everyday questions.

“I just wanted something simple that could tell me when my baby might sleep next, so I could plan a little of my own day too.”

We're Parents Too

The family behind NapSolver

We're not building NapSolver from a textbook.

We're building it as parents who know that real family life rarely follows a perfect schedule.

Some days naps happen when you expect them to. Some days they don't. Sometimes one short nap changes the rest of the day.

That's why we don't want NapSolver to tell parents that there is one perfect schedule.

We want it to give parents a useful starting point — and the flexibility to adapt to their own baby.

Built With a Simple Idea

One of us brings the technology and product side. Pramila brings the everyday parent perspective.

Together, we're building NapSolver one useful tool at a time — starting with the small sleep questions that parents ask every day.

What We Believe

Simple beats complicated

Parents shouldn't need a long questionnaire just to get a useful starting point.

There is no perfect schedule

Every baby is different, and real days don't always follow the clock.

Useful beats impressive

We would rather build one genuinely useful tool than add features just because we can.

Parents know their baby

NapSolver should support a parent's judgment, not replace it.

Be clear about uncertainty

Sleep guidance should not pretend to be more precise than it really is.

What NapSolver Isn't

  • Not medical advice
  • Not a diagnosis
  • Not a replacement for your pediatrician
  • Not a promise of perfect sleep
  • Not a rigid schedule every baby must follow

It's simply a set of practical tools to help parents make everyday sleep decisions a little easier.

Where We're Going

We're starting with sleep.

Over time, we want NapSolver to become a trusted collection of small, simple tools that help parents answer the everyday questions that come up throughout the first few years.

Not another complicated parenting app.

Just useful answers, when parents need them.
